BACK AND NECK MASSAGE



Concentrated on the back, neck and shoulder area, specific oils are used to release tension and help soothe tight, sore muscles, which result from wear and tear or incorrect posture. This massage applies pressure to muscles, in order to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release tension from stressed areas.

Employing a variety of therapeutic, corrective, and restorative modalities and procedures. Medical massage is anatomically precise and specific to patients who are living with diseases, pain, and injuries.

SPORTS MASSAGE


Sports massage is designed to help athletes before, during and after training. It is useful for anyone who exercises to increase flexibility, prevent injuries and help with healing after a sports injury. Sports massage is specifically tailored to different sports and sporting injuries.



PREGNANCY MASSAGE (Prenatal)


Pregnancy or prenatal massage isused to reduce stress, reduce swelling in the arms and legs and relieve muscle and joint pain in pregnant women. Massage in pregnancy can involve many different massage techniques. It is usually a gentle massage.

REFLEXOLOGY (Zonterapi)


During a typical reflexology massage,reflex points on the foot are subjected to gentle pressure. Each of these points is said to be connected to a specific part of the body, including internal organs. The aim of the therapy is to reduce stress while alleviating minor ailments.
